Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies unless a signed agreement, statement of work, quote or order form provides different terms. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement or order controls.
Professional Services and Support
Fees for work already performed are non-refundable. Project deposits, retainers and advance payments may be applied to work performed, committed labor, licensing, hardware, third-party charges or other non-cancellable costs. Any unused amount is refundable only if the applicable quote or agreement provides for a refund or if required by law.
Prepaid Support Credits
Prepaid support credits are applied against the service rate for work performed. Unless a written quote or agreement states otherwise, unused support credits do not expire and are not redeemable for cash after purchase except where required by law.
Recurring Services
Managed services, hosting, backup, voice, licensing and other recurring services may be cancelled according to the notice period and effective date stated in the applicable agreement or order. Charges stop as required by the applicable cancellation terms. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees already earned or incurred for the current service period are not prorated.
Hardware, Software and Third-Party Products
Returns are subject to manufacturer, distributor and licensing restrictions. Opened, activated, special-order, custom-configured or non-returnable items may not be eligible for return. Approved returns may be subject to shipping, restocking or vendor fees.
Billing Errors
Please notify us promptly of a suspected billing error so we can review it. Approved credits or refunds are issued to the original payment method when practical or as an account credit when agreed.
Nonwaivable Rights
Nothing in this policy limits cancellation, refund or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
