Technology Mechanics Intellectual Property
Technology Mechanics names, logos, service names, website content, graphics and other brand materials may be protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Except for ordinary linking or uses authorized in writing, you may not reproduce, modify or use our protected materials in a way that implies sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.
Customer Content
Customers retain the rights they have in content they provide for hosting, support or other services. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient rights to store, publish, transmit or instruct us to process that content.
Copyright Complaints
If you believe material hosted through a Technology Mechanics service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@techmechlv.com identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature.
We may forward a complaint to the affected customer and may remove or disable access to material when appropriate or legally required. A customer who believes material was removed by mistake may submit a counter-notice with the information required by applicable copyright law.
Trademark Complaints
Trademark complaints should identify the mark, registration information if applicable, the complained-of use, the location of the material and the basis for the claim. We may request additional information before taking action.
No Determination of Ownership
Technology Mechanics does not adjudicate private intellectual-property disputes. We may require parties to obtain a court order or resolve a dispute directly when the claim cannot be determined from the information provided.
