This Acceptable Use Policy applies to Technology Mechanics hosting, server, storage, network and related infrastructure services.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service to:

  • Violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
  • Distribute malware, ransomware, credential-stealing software or other malicious code.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messaging, phishing or deceptive communications.
  • Conduct unauthorized scanning, intrusion, denial-of-service activity or attempts to bypass security controls.
  • Infringe intellectual-property rights or continue hosting or distributing material after receiving a valid infringement notice requiring action.
  • Operate systems intended primarily to facilitate fraud, unlawful access, trafficking in stolen credentials or other criminal activity.
  • Interfere with shared infrastructure or consume resources in a manner that materially degrades service for other customers.

Security

Customers must take reasonable steps to secure accounts, applications and systems within their responsibility. Compromised systems may be isolated, rate-limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect the customer, other users or the platform.

Investigation and Response

We may investigate credible abuse reports and may request corrective action. We may remove or restrict access to material, block traffic or suspend affected resources when necessary to address an imminent security risk, legal requirement or material violation.

Reporting Abuse

Send abuse or security reports to info@techmechlv.com with the affected hostname, IP address or account and enough information for us to investigate.

No Waiver of Lawful Rights

This policy does not authorize Technology Mechanics or a customer to waive rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be waived.
