Project pricing is scoped to the systems, data, security requirements and complexity involved.

AI Business Consultation
A focused working session to identify what you want AI to accomplish, review the systems involved, discuss practical use cases and security concerns, and determine the right next step. We follow up with a short written summary and recommended path forward.

Credited in full toward an approved Readiness, Planning & Governance engagement or implementation project started within 60 days. This credit counts toward the maximum combined implementation credit.
2 PREPARE
AI Readiness, Planning & Governance
Starting at $3,500
Establish the foundation before production AI work begins: business goals, workflow and system discovery, platform selection, data-access requirements, permissions, security controls, human review, logging requirements and an implementation roadmap.
Moving forward? An additional credit of up to $1,000 from this engagement may be applied toward an approved implementation project started within 90 days. Combined consultation and readiness credits are capped at $1,750.

A standalone Governance & Security Review is available for businesses that need policies, access controls, logging, guardrails or security work around an existing AI environment.

3 IMPLEMENT
Implementation packages
Implementation pricing includes the project-specific planning, governance and security work required to deliver the solution. If a Readiness, Planning & Governance engagement has already been completed, we build from that foundation and apply the applicable implementation credit rather than repeating the same work.
Complex projects may combine workflow, integration, agent and private-deployment capabilities in one custom proposal rather than stacking package prices.
AI Workflow Implementation
Starting at $7,500
Design and deploy a defined AI-assisted workflow for document processing, email, reporting, internal knowledge, approvals or another repeatable business process.
Typical scope includes:

Private / Sandboxed AI Deployment

Design and deploy a controlled AI environment using private, hosted or local infrastructure as appropriate.
Typical scope includes:

- Permissions and access controls
- Logging, guardrails and usage restrictions
- Initial workload configuration and testing
Hardware, GPU/server infrastructure, cloud compute, storage, software licensing and third-party platform costs are quoted separately unless specifically included in the project proposal.
4 MANAGE
Managed AI Services
Starting at $1,000 / month
Monitor deployed workflows and integrations, manage access, review failures and usage, and handle minor adjustments as the environment changes. New workflows, major enhancements and substantial integration changes are quoted separately or billed as custom AI work.
Custom AI Development & Integration
$235 / hour
Custom development, troubleshooting, changes outside a quoted project and specialized AI integration work can be billed hourly when that model makes more sense.
Hardware, GPU/server infrastructure, AI platform subscriptions, API usage, cloud compute, storage, software licensing and third-party platform costs are separate unless specifically included in the project proposal. Final project pricing is based on defined scope and technical requirements.
